Caller: Seemed like a Spam call pretending to be Telstra (Maybe a generic VOIP line)

Called saying there were problems with my internet connection. When questioned about what exactly what the error was, they would not answer specifically, and also wanted to know how many devices were connected. They did not offer to give me their name and ID or get me to call a Telstra number, and when I continued to challenge them they just hung up.
