Scam (attempted phishing). Recorded voice message claiming that an illegal shipment has been stooped at Melbourne Airport "with your ID" and that an arrest warrant has been issued for you. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't be just asking you to call them back if this was the case. They would probably know your name already too...

I got an identical call from 0405 633 157 a few minutes earlier.
