Getting so many of these, from different numbers including this one. Why isn't Telstra putting a stop to it? Suspicion must be that their top executives are blinded by greed for fat bonuses if they turn a blind eye...

Scammers. Calling people saying they are going to disconnect NBN. Telstra should be doing something about this. Slam the phone down if they call.

Usual scam call from the NBN - they NEVER cold call. But NBN could put a stop to this -- just look up the number like we all have done and addit to an always block database. If it's a spoofed number the rightful owner will contact their Telco to get it changed.
Perhaps if the Telcos were obliged to pay compensation for every call, it would very soon stop. How about $114 percall, like the electricity generators give for a 24 hour outage?

The usual unwanted phone call. Too bad if you are sick and struggle to the phone. How and when will some organisation ban these calls?

Caller: Claimed to be "Australian NBN"
Like others here - stated I would be cut off in 24 hours if I didn't press 1 to speak to a technician! Yeah right. Telstra makes money from these scam calls :-(

Claimed they were from NBN and my landline would soon be cut off. Wanted much detail on my home PC and Windows OS, probably for phishing or to plant a keystroke logger onto it. I hung up.

Caller: Recorded message from NBN
Recorded msg saying my internet and landline will be cut off. Who can we let know about this? They keep ringing and I have a silent number so it shouldn't be able to be accessed.

Caller: Nicole from nbn
Scam caller. Nicole from national broadband network advising my phone & internet will be cut off. I pressed 1 to be connected to a “technician” called Peter (Indian accent) & advised them to never call again. They have rang back twice. NBN never call you (I rang them direct & checked). Don’t fall for this scam.

Caller: "Nicole"
Same as others, auto call and threatens to cut off internet.
Complete scam, just trying to get you to change to NBN, a poor service for more money.
Go ahead and press 1 to speak to a "technician" when prompted, then give them both barrels!!

Caller: Robot voice, press ‘1’, robot voice, hold, then a real person (Indian accent)
Pretending to be NBN/Telstra, warning that my landline will be cut off in 24hours unless I take action via them NOW. My guess is they’re identity theft scammers, or trying to obtain credit card details. Do not proceed! Hang up!!

Robot caller, from what's probably a spoofed number, claiming to be "Nicole" from the NBN and warning that my internet and phone will be disconnected unless I press 1 to speak to a "technician". I'm starting to wish that my phone would be cut off to spare me from any more of these moronic calls.
