This is my land line and we have been charged every month for your service which we don't use. Please stop charging us fees for unused service as this causing us distress as we report over charging to telstra. Failure to stop charging will result in further action from ourselves. Please respond with acknowledging you fix this issue for us. As I don't have an email address we are using our sons email to communicate.
