I have 2 safes installed in my house,different sizes both have been reprogrammed with our own codes and still have had no problems However my wife died suddenly almost 2years ago, and the whereabouts of the safe keys are still unknown[Despite my best efforts] I do know the opening codes, my question is, can you provide alternative keys, or in the case of the larger unit , the contact spring on one of the batteries has become detached from its anchor point,I have ury rigged an alternative contact: either way , can i perhaps purchase 2 replacement digital mechanisms or keys or both?
