In the end to stop her spiel.. ( she was determined to hear it all ) I had to put on a brisk, " I am now annoyed voice" and tell her straight. If you send an email I will delete it as it's not even close to the next year, and I am quite sure you will call back then anyway, now I have real customers I am needing to get back to ok? FINALLY gets the hint.

I think a brick over the head still wouldn't have helped.
