I understand they need to call when your visa is overdue. But they need to read the ACCC guidelines for debt collection. There are inappropriate times to call and there's harassment if there are an unreasonable number of calls.

NAB BANK. They ring me even at 10pm at night, getting sick of the 16 phone calls in one day with no message left- I do not even owe them a cent!!

Called various times throughout the day, partner answered, said its the nab in relation to a personal banking matter. Full of sh*t. Nab are about to lose a customer if this keeps, not happy!

Continually calls even on Sundays and hang-up just as you answer – can call up to 10 times a day and at any time early in the morning and even after 8.00 at night a real nuisance (never leaves a message)

Repeated calls, often cuts short and hangs up. On mid-Saturday morning too, which is a total pest. Suspect survey or telemarketing. Added to "Do Not Call" register.
