Received calls today 8.39pm & 8.43pm - no msg left. Have also had calls after 6pm during dinner the last 2days - no msg left either. I know these people have a job to do but phone at a reasonable time eg before 6pm & LEAVE A MSG at least if no one answers!

I had a MLC car loan but thats been paid off for over a year, Have the letter to prove.
I bank with NAB bank, but I dont have a loan or a cretit card only a debit one.
I only start getting the happen after i got the money from the goverment.

i had them ring 9 times in one day, some only 4 mins apart. I work night duty so not impressed. also had a call from ANZ on Sun at 4pm !!!!

I don't have an issue with them calling me in regards to my credit card payment but I don't answer numbers I don't recognise - leave a message & I'll call back. And don't call me after 6pm!!!

According to the accounts department at NAB (03) 9260 2000 is a an automated payment reminder service call usually activated by their computers 5 days after the due payment date. Once activated 3-5 times per day the computer connects to the phone of a free collection officer then automatically dials your number. If you do not answer the computer will complete this process periodically until the either you answer or the payment is made. The calls may continue up to 24 hours after you have made the payment. According to NAB the process can not be overridden manually unless there are specific exceptional circumstances. This system is in use by other companies, eg; MLC for various reminder purposes. It's a shame that this service is not available for clients trying to contact specific people within these companies.

Got calls today and when I answered there was a long delay so I hung up. My son had calls on his mobile today also and when he answered there was no-one there. Weird!

I have had missed calls from this number to a total of 7 times in one day, and yes after 8.30pm as well! F... OFF. This kind of harrassment is like people "not selling anything" coming to your door at 7pm at night!!

MLC & the National Australia Bank work together so if you have either MLC insurance or a NAB account or Credit Card it is more than likely they are trying to contact you about one of your accounts.
