The above number supposedly belongs to a Nicholas Healey who says he works for sensis.
He demanded payment for advertising of which I know nothing about.
I asked him to email me the information which he did and it is very sketchy.
So I sent him an email. Below is the exact copy of what I sent. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nicolas,
Thank you for emailing the invoice.
A few questions.
What does it relate too?
With the amount to pay, being $3,143.10 I require a full breakdown for each segment of the $$$ you are requesting me to pay.
And as for the $238.70 what is the S2 Business Performer?
I have never authorised any advertising for a S2.
Also require a full breakdown for my book keeper and accountant.
I would like to see exactly what the advertising is; proofs, signatures etc.
Your phone call really threw me as I was unaware of owing anything to Sensis.
But I am not obliged to pay for air or unauthorized advertising.
I am heading back out on the road and will not return till around Monday January the 25th.
This should give you plenty of time to supply me the requested information.
If I have not received the requested information I will treat this as a scam and let Fair Trading sort it out.

It is now eleven days since I sent you the last email.
I have not received either a phone call or any paperwork from anyone.
I am now treating this as a scam and will be putting this information on the net for all to read.
From my point of view putting into the public arena may save another innocent person being harassed by a scammer!
