"Jack Stevens" with thick Indian accent claimed to be from NBN saying my internet connection is slow and poor service. Told them I don't deal with NBN direct, I'd deal with Telstra. No surprise they called the next day from a different phone number (Same "Jack Stevens") but from Telstra, giving the same spiel... obvious scam
