Rings 10 times a day even as late as 8:55pm. Tried to call back and no answer.

Rang this number after it appeared as a missed call on my phone.
Recorded message said that the person at extension 3415 (not 2415 as I had dialled) was not available and to leave a message.
I called the number a second time to make sure I hadn't misheard and got the same recorded message.
I believe this number is a scammer.
