ATO message with fake warrant threat. I called back and asked questions and said they are scamming people and I’ll report them and they laughed and hung up.

I will be arrested if I don't call back.

A machine operated voicemail saying there was a lawsuit against my name and to call back

Left it for voicemail to answer -
Automated robot message to call the number back.
Noted my phone screen came up as "potential Fraud"

I called the number back from my landline and after about 8 rings a woman with an african type accent answered it as Australian Taxation Office.

Caller: ATO. Apparently......

I receive same call from these number. It's a fake number.

I got one too, but I sent it to voicemail.
They did not say it was ATO.
They just said: "...Division Number (03) 9112 0949..."
