Call room of some description, rang my mobile 4 times yesterday, didn't leave a message, return call today, clearly trying to flog something but didn't give them time to start the sales pitch, don't take their call unless you enjoy time wasting.

Robodial from 03 9095 7618, claims to be from "Your Anti Virus Software Provider" advising your subscription has expired and that they intend to charge $249 for a new subscription unless you call to discuss with them immediately. Advised you to call 1300 907 721 immediately to discuss

Answered the call, no one spoke then hung up. It sounded like a call centre. It appears that they may be using a predictive dialler to make the calls. Once you answer it goes to the call centre.

I understand that predictive diallers are not permitted to be used here in Australia??

Voicemail said they'd $240 debit my account for my subscription. No company name given.

Caller: I declined the call

Message left saying they would deduct $300 from my account as my anti virus had expired,obvious ploy to get you to call back, scamming timewasters.

Someone from Telstra or the government needs to investigate these people???

Recorded message saying they wete debiting my account $249 for antivirus software. Call the number 1300 907 721 to stop it or to ignore the message.
