Total scam!!! I question the person why they were ringing me and he obviously got angry and said why do you think, & he hung up! Rang back the number & 🎶🎶 click on straight away!! Scam the Scammers back!!!

Most likely a VOIP DID number.
Have a forced incoming message display from all call centre calls id-ing type of call eg overseas, insurance, energy, ISP provider, or the actual company Origin, telstra, optus etc.
You would think a 1St so called world country like Australia would have better than 3rd world communications network.
