Returned a missed call from this number. Call connected but no ringing no re-direct to voicemail, nothing. Blocking them.

Cox, as much as I loathe these nuisance calls too, people at the end of the day have to pay bills somehow. You have the choice whether or not you take the call or not. Block the numbers you don't know and contact your telephone company to have these sorts of numbers blocked but don't go abusing people doing their jobs. A lot of the time people are desperate and will take whatever job they can get and even the people on that end of the call are conned and don't know what they are doing is wrong or it's the only way to feed their kids. There is no excuse to abuse people ever. Don't answer or hang up. Report the number to the Telecommunications Ombudsman (https://www.tio.com.au/) if you feel that strongly about a particular number or company, but leave the employees on the frontline alone. You wouldn't appreciate abuse in your workplace so don't do it to them.

Caller: Client Advantage group

A man from Client Advantage Group called about electricity and trying to tell me there are better deals. He knew name and postcode. Highly frustrating the number of calls from from different companies. Each time one gets blocked another number calls the next day.

Ignored. I don’t answer unfamiliar numbers.

Answered call. They identified my name. I asked who it was. They mumbled something incoherent and I said what's the issue and they said if you let me speak I'll tell you the problem. I said go on then they hung up.

Very rude and pushy. Ask me a about electricity bill, got both my name and old surname. I knew it was a scam as all the bills are not under my name for the last 10 years.
I hung up immediately and block the number.
