Picked up the phone call from this number but no one spoke and they hanged up

This pain in the arse company keeps calling though I have requested to "opt out " from further calls & have also previously blocked this number 🤔

I picked up the phone and didn't talk then they hung up

Keep calling and no message left

Called the number back, a machine answered saying "Thank you for calling IConnect International". No idea how they got my number.
