Telstra calling re account issues (overcharging as usual) which I tried to resolve via live chat and got absolutely nowhere. I missed the call and now they just don’t answer. Why do we continue to waste our time with this provider?! Their service is garbage.
Return support call from Telstra. I had a issue which could not be resolved over live chat. It is their online chat help call centre.
Called 7 times one after another - no one there - now blocked! On hold to Telstra about a complaint, then line went dead and then received two calls, rung just once. Not happy Caller: Telstra Overseas
A follow up to find out if I ever got my account the answer NO but it is paid through
little help from them after a 69 minute phone call should teach them English so
they can be understood.

There was a voicemail left, but no message on it. If it is Telstra they should be courteous & professional enough to say that it is them calling. Happened to me 4 times. I'm expecting Telstra to phone me, as I was told last Friday that they would phone me today the 7th October at about 8:30am. I have been waiting more than 1 month for Telstra to port my number over. Calling back giving me an update on my recent billing/account issues.
Telstra Customer Support Employee, Aussie, was told to call back as asked, and instead started ringing over and over, both Landline and Mobile, but says nothing and hangs up. Extremely annoying. It is actually Telstra. I was just talking to them about my account. After the call was disconnected they called me straight back on this number. Caller: they said it was telstra
said they were looking for my husband who had trouble with his myer card. He does not have a myer card. He tried to ring back, appears to be a hoax.

I called telstra's 132200 helpline and my mobile dropped out in the middle of my support. The person helping me rang me immediately back on this number to contine helping me.
They called, I was on another call so it hung up and I can’t call back Caller: Scam?
Called 4 times in space of 1 min. Did not answer. Turned phone off on the 5th time and they left a message (just air) no -one talked. Have now blocked.

I was advised that your number only appears on the Do Not Call register for 12 months. You have to register every year. Silly hey?? Caller: Telstra

Couldn't get through to return the call; the number appears to be always busy. Judging from the lack of messages left by the caller, as well as comments left to this page, that it is probably Telstra cold-calling.
