Caller: Another ( * )hole scammer

As always, I didn't answer when I received a call from this number on my cell phone, as I didn't recognize the number - goodness knows where it's real origin is, but call appears to be from a landline based in Victoria. Judging by other Reverse reports, it is a scam originating overseas. Just don't answer it, folks, block the number and report to Scamwatch.

When I asked them to remove my number and stop calling me about installing a power pack, they hung up. A simple yes sure would have been suffice.

I received a call in Melbourne at 8.30 pm. I didn't answer and they didn't leaves a message. Not happy!

Knew my name, I asked what he was selling and if it wasn't my bank or insurance company I wasn't interested, he said that I had a bad attitude and hung up, made my day, called back about 10 minutes later, I didn't answer.

Something about replacing shower heads ‘a scheme’ and wanted to know my postcode so they could come round tomorrow and replace it. Sounded like phishing. They got mad when I wouldn’t give them any info and told me to ‘piss off ‘ hah

Called 4 times today. 3 times without leaving a message , the 4th time went to message bank, it sounded like a call centre, suspect scammer so will block the number

Rude Indian lady on the line. She asked for my husband on my number. I have no idea how these people manage to get all the details. Hung up & blocked the number. Bloody scammers!

A 'do not call' register has no effect at all if these people are in India and are trying to scam you. That would be my guess.

Asked if I had a Powerpal device on my meter box. When I said I already had it, he just hung up. Bloody rude Indian twit....I'm not a racist but it's so frustrating getting these calls.

Scammer

Had 2 phone calls from this number today. I missed the 1st call but managed to answer the 2nd call. It was an Indian man presumably from an electricity company asking if I had received my latest electricity bill. I said I wasn't interested and hung up. Also heard other people talking in the background, so presumably from a call centre somewhere. Probably a scam.

Do not answer check on Google for the number first.

Scam caller spoke with foreign accent phishing for personal details

Scam caller. Phoned me, i answered and they hung up immediately. When I called back it said number disconnected.

Missed call on phone with no message left, when I returned the call a recording stated the number had been disconnected.

I received three calls one after another I do not know this number, so I do not answer. I suspected are scammers.

Left it to ring out. I rang back immediately after and it was disconected.
