Answer these calls and they hang up immediately. enquiries found out they are westpack/stgeorge sales. They ignor do not call register. They calls are always prefixed with 03 so I will not answer any calls beginning with 03 as I know no one with that No

I bank with St George and I get this number all the time. Called the number and I got a recorded message from Aegis Australia. Added to the auto-reject list. God I hate unsolicited sales.. as if we could rock up uninvited to a St George branch and try to sell them sh*t.

I have had this number call me everyday this month. They have told me they are from Telstra.

It is all part of the Westpac/St George's service to customers. Best advice -change banks.

Its a computer system that when u answer it logs the time you answered and records you saying hello hello .. then it hangs up.

this data is then used by them to determine when for a real person to call you. I know not to answer it.

oh and it is indeed westpac asking if you want insurance.

I called back number (03) 9038 5701 reached IVR for a company called Aegis Australia.

Haven't heard from these turkeys for a while now. Thought the bastards had lost my phone number - no such luck.

This number is a serious nuisance, it calls both on my mobile and on the land line. Been calling for several weeks. Hopefully I've totally blocked it now.

This number calls me regularly after I signed up with St George Bank. I have them on my block list now. I get voicemail's saying something like "Hi, it's Liam.. hello" and hangs up. I figure it cant be important if they cant leave me a proper message.

This company is a disgrace and a serial pest. I will be lodging a formal complaint with my bank, and if I receive further calls from this company will take my banking elsewhere, and may commence legal action to stop ongoing call harrassment. Company is Aegis, and linked in some way to K and M services – Hendra, QLD.

Have been calling me for weeks but I don't answer numbers I don't recognise. If it's important they'll leave a voicemail and they never leave one. I thought it might be spam and it is.

smart phones have a blocking device. click on number hot manage calls and you can add to black list. Numbers on the black list can never call you. rather they ring and it just disconnects after a few rings
