Caller: Aarti

There is a lady called Aarti, She will ask your Vodafone or Utility Account details to give 30% discounts. She will take your personal details and will initiate fraudulent orders. Don't give her any details, I have been a victim for such fraud. She took my Vodafone details to order two phone upgrades to deliver at different address.

keeps calling offering me 30% of bills when asked whats in it for them they say the utility sends them a online gift voucher. i would get more info out of them but the line is quite bad and every time i ask them to call back the line is no better. lots of background chatter

Unfortunately we have to obtain our landline phone & unfortunately we get these bogus calls.
As per all other comments we do not answer unknown numbers & wait for them to leave a message but they don't. Wonder why. 🤔
These people should be tracked & traced by our Telco after all these complaints & dealt with.
I'm sure if we didn't pay our accounts I'm sure they would track us down.

Got the same thing 7 April. about exhaust fans. They're everywhere.

Another scammer - butts into my life, doesn't leave a message, so ends up with the number blocked. I'm sick to death of the plague of scam calls.

Caller: foreign sounding person wth Australian name

when I told him what I thought of him and his call he rang me back quoting my address. I guess this was meant as a threat

obviously scam call. Didn't answer, but message sounded like a call centre background. naturally they didn' t speak and leave a message.

Foreign woman with free Government offers of power saving lamps, hot water systems and power meter attachments, then wants all of my details. NO THANKS.

They say Vic govt is upgrading kitchen exhaust fans for FREE! Just an excuse to get your details & rip you off !!! Police should confiscate their phones, just like they confiscate hoon's cars!

Scam caller spoke with foreign accent phishing for personal details

A delay when I picked up so I hung up. Thanks for the posted comments which confirm what I thought – scammers.

Did not answer the phone, the voicemail message left was devoid of sound other than some faint 'knocking' in the background.
