Its 7pm and just received a call from these guys and answered to have them hangup on me.

Persistent little beggars - didn't know who it was until now - flagged in my phone book so next time I will ignore it. No wonder I'm thinking about another provider

Missed call from this number at end of Feb. Only just looked number up. If it was optus sales more fool them! I had only just upgraded my phone plan

i've been getting calls from them for the last 2 months and every time I answer there is no one there and they call about 4 times a day so today I'm going to Optus to get them to block their own number

March 2013. This is a nuisance call, just silence and then they hang up. This happened last year, 2012. On calling back it appears to be an Optus number, the op then says call 13 33 45 and gives another couple of customer call numbers. wtf is Optus doing? Sales as someone else pointed out but its an intrusion when you pick up and get silence and then they hang up.

I too got a call from this number several times. I've just added it to my reject list on mobile, and it won't be getting through anymore.

Getting sick and tired of this caller. I don't know the number so I'm not wasting my time and money on them. They have rung every couple of days this past week.

I have been a long term optus customer. NOT ANY MORE!! They would have kept my business if they didn't pull this annoying stunt.

Called and hung up. Only ever answer the known ones these days anyway. Obviously spam.

I'm getting calls every day from this number but I just don't bother to answer. I love this website, thanks everyone for making comments - it's awesome being able to google an unfamiliar number and find out they are spammers. Then I save the number in my contacts and I know not to answer next time.

Just answered the phone to this number and they hung up. Very distracting when I am busy working!
