cyber security company and my IP is being misused, they Know this because they supplied me with the IP address. the hung up after i took a long time to say 'right'

my guess he knew I was going to be a smart arse. (like ask him what my IP is)

They come under - Telstra or Cyber security - Peter seems to work for the same company he asks for an IP number. The phone number (03) 9021 2435 is linked to Kola's Asian Pacific. They also use another number which is an 02 Number which is linked to the Chinese Embassy and I can't speak Chinese.

Say they from a security company and there is a problem with my internet after laughing furiously at them they hang up

Extremely bad connection, foreign call centre, claiming to be calling about virus in my internet connection. Scammers, hung up.

tried to tell me there was something wrong with my computer

No one there when I answer the phone. Have called before.
