Caller: Eric Johnson - probably not real name

That number kept ringing many times a day. When answered someone said he was from NBN. I kept saying do not ring me again. But my husband talked to them and he was told our internet and phones would be disconnected if he would not be able to remotely take over his laptop. As verification my husband wanted an email from him.
The email arrived saying he was an officer from the cyber crime of Telstra. But the Telstra address showed "@gmail.com"
