He called and told i have downloaded some software in my laptop and ie causing damages to my operating system, i ma sure its a scam inorder to know the IP address of my laptop and thereby get all my bank details and other personal things from my laptop, guys please ignore if anyone gets a call from this number

Received phone call from this number... the man on the other end took me through some prompts on my laptop telling me that it was full of spyware etc He then told me that the internal security needed to be updated and that he could sell me the appropriate software.... Total scam!!! Be Careful!!

i allowed them to use my computer, because they downloaded iobit. what did they do to my computer then?
