Caller: They said they were vodaphone promotionall

Offered me a discount for my vodaphone but not sure if legitimate as didnt let me end call

just hang up on answering

This number was listed in a scam PayPal email as the contact number.

Called didn't receive the call. Then after I called from officed Desk phone , it said this is not active. Defenitely a scam.

Hung up on answer

Received call claiming they are vodafone promotions department.

Requested 4 digit pin (you should never give out) in order for them to send a "6 digit" pin as a coupon to claim 50% off bill. They say its for Covid-19 and hung up on me when I said I cannot give out my pin to anyone.

Says that he is from Vodafone, background is very loud (sounds cafe). He asked if I want a discounted plan. He did not know my name and hung up when I asked where he got this number

Caller: Claimed to be Vodafone Customer Service — clearly not.

I was called from this number by someone pretending to be from Vodafone Customer Service. Very clearly a scam and phishing attempt.

Caller: Said they were from Vodafone

Offering discounts but just a scam
