Caller: Supposedly the Australian Taxation Office(SCAM ALERT)

threatening to have me arrested over some legal matter

ATO Scam number, threatened to have an arrest warrant issued against me if I didn't call back immediately

Left a voice message saying they had a suitcase with my details on it, and to contact them with my details for processing.
SCAM ALERT

Same as above. Scammers accusing me of tax evasion and demanding $8000 immediately, or I would go to jail for 5 years!

Confirm as above (ATO scammer)

They just called me on this number and said they were the Australian Taxation Office and they told me that police would be coming to my home in 20 minutes to arrest me.

SPAM. Phoned to say they were from the ATO and there is a lawsuit being carried out against me. Said if I don't phone back then they will put a warrant out for my arrest. Computer generated voice message left.

Its a Scam call.

I had a missed call from this number this morning also. Message to text was telling me that there had been a law suit filed against me lol. SUch a shame some people fallfor it.

They are scammers I’ve called ato directly and they have confirmed this number is related to a scam. Do not give them any information. Tell them to get f*cked.

Yes, I had the same. Soon as I told them that I didn't need a lawyer as I could represent myself, they hung up.
Called them back, soon as I asked what part of the legalisation they were quoting, they hung up.
Definitely scammers, but I really wanted to talk to them....

I received a message saying:

"That there is a suitcase(?) is getting filed under your name. The moment you receive this message I want you to get back to me on my department division no. 39." Message2Text

We received the same call with same content some minutes ago.
