Left a message telling my friend its the tax department and there is a law suit against her.... First she has heard of it and she is a goody two shoes so is it a scam number

Some robotic voice saying they are from tax office said if I don't call them back they would arrest me.

Also, they called me and it was a rob voice. it said it is from the tax office. I blocked the number HHHHH
