Simon Cowell from the ATO called me saying I will be arrested if I don't pay my outstanding tax bill. When I questioned him further. Simon charmingly told to get F---ed,
F---er.

My sis also get voice msg from this no. And say she is undergoing for an investigation for tax fruad. Don't know why???

A scam, don't answer this number.

Machine-recorded message saying I was being investigated for fraud and since they hadn't heard from me, a lawsuit has been filed against me! Poorly constructed message, American accent. Even read out their callback number incorrectly..."3900 57 433"

This woman Told me she was from the ATO I had an overdue tax bill and hung up. I called back on a different phone asked to buy a house to which this angry woman told me I was stupid and told me to go f*@k my mother.

Saying that there is a lawsuit for fraudulent under my name. Didn't leave name nor company name. Sounded like a recorded message

They said they were from the ATO & a legal fraud case is now filed against me.
That they have tried to reach me.

Didnt answer the call. the voicemail was computer generated.

I called back the “ATO” and proceeded to waste their time, at the end of the call they transferred me to their resolution department where I wast told that if I didn’t pay the sum of $4632 I was going to be arrested within 45 minutes. After I asked for my tax file number, the nice gentleman on the phone proceeded to explain what he was doing/going to do with my mother and later explained that his penis was so big that he could impregnate her from 50km away 👍

Computerised message telling me my family has been put in for fraud and I would need to contact them for further information . Scammers......

Fake message threatening legal action. Do Not reply.

This fkr's mom is a shemale. she needs money from us to get her a new weewee.

I've been called by the same number, i didnt pick up but they left me a voice mail, in the voice mail was an automated voice saying something about a lawsuit. pretty sure this is a scam

Apparently i have been overpaid with my tax refund and owe $5,900. I am also going to be arrested in a couple of hours!

Recording message claiming to be from ATO. I smell scam. just hangup - did not bother to listen through.

Got a similar call from someone with a strong Indian accent (I think I heard his name is Simon Cowell as well?), says he is from the ATO and ask for my personal details. Told him I need to check that first and he hang up.

Obvious scare tactic from these *ssholes
