Sophisticated scammer - be aware - stole $20,000.00 from a person I know

Caller: english sounding

purporting to be from australia bank looking into suspect transactions - then managed to get enough info to then contact bank and accessed accout stealing nearly $1000 - money then transferred to revolut and gone - bank insisting he was given access by gaining password etc - not the case information given by me was information the bank ask for ie access code and name etc

British guy called me pretending to be from my bank and stole $750.00!!
Had my name, phone number and email address...

Guy with slight UK accent calling from "ING BPAY department" about an alleged block transaction. Had my email, suburb and full name to match the phone number. Complete scam
