Same thing happened to me.

Received 4 calls from this number, called back only to find that the number is not connected..

Called me multiple times throughout the day and even few times at night. After answering, they take a while to answer and respond, then repeat my name and try to sell me something, or get me engaged. Just hang up straight away, they waste your time after I kept telling them no, and tried multiple times to offer me free stuff but through the process of paying.
