I am sick to death of answering the phone and having dbm hang up. It's always after 7:30 pm. I say again, I am f*cking sick of it!!! I intend to tell everyone that I know that dbm is full of sh*t, and never to deal with them.

I have been on the 'do not call me' register for over a month and this number is calling me despite that! So annoying. Just don't pick-up.

I work for dbm consultants, it's legit but sh*t boring. Ask to speak to a supervisor so us callers get a break

they called me also and i just did a short survey with them. they were polite and friendly, had a good chat and nothing personal. if they were scamming us they'd ask more personal questions. it's just market research!

Got a call from DBM for a survey concerning market research, in regards to the last time I went in. As it was market research, which is only to improve the service of the company concerned, I was more than happy to do the survey. Called back to make sure they were real, and spoke to a lovely girl. Can't remember her name but, delightful. Can't see what you people are so paranoid about...

I was called last week. When I said I didn't answer marketing calls, they said they were researching on behalf of centrelink, and 'would that change my mind?'. Of course not. They could be anyone. I contacted centrelink to find out if they provide our details to marketing companies and they admitted that they did and have removed me from the list.

I live in Sydney and i have noticed once a month i get a call from this number. I have not answered it yet, as it seems suspious, if it was important they would leave a message on my voicemail (which they haven't) It's annoying how these people get hold of our numbers.

Getting tired of the calls from this company.

Have just tried to call back & got the usual recorded explanation, then full mailbox, so I called the Melbourne office & requested my numbers to be removed. I specifically asked how they got my details & why they were calling.

Obviously dealing with admin, she said they handle surveys for companies that I am a customer of. I explained we request our information is not passed on with everyone we deal with & are also listed on DNC. She advised they will 'look up the details & see IF they can remove us'. Have used the tip here & put it phone as 'IGNORE!'. I'll be interested to see how many calls I continue to get!

I got the details of this company. They are DBM Consultants in Melbourne. I rang their main number and they took my phone number off their system. Seems shonky to me but I'm at a loss to explain how they knew when I was at Centrelink. Told them that the fact that they had my name, number and knew I was a Centrelink client was a breach of my privacy as far as I was concerned.
