Dodgy, questioned spurious claims that I had contacted them in past 18 months, gave me a company name of Optimal as to who they were calling for .. lots of vague answers

Another one of those annoying calls "YOUR CALL IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US PLEASE STAY ON THE LINE". I keep blocking these idiots but they ring from different numbers

I called back number (03) 8820 3976 was put on hold music and IVR kept saying "please stay on the line and a representative will be with you shortly" but no one is answering the call.
