Ringing saying my internet will be disconnected. Hung up

Caller: Automated phone number dialler

SCAM: Recorded message went on to say that my NBN internet service was going to be disconnected, as the NBN was now available in my area. Please press 1 to be connected to their technician.

Funny thing is, that we have been on the NBN since day 1, as our suburb is in one of the initial trial rollouts.

Internet disconnection scam voicemail.

Called at 3.49pm on July 25, hung up just as the answer machine picked up the call.

I didn't pick up and waited for the phone call to divert to my answering machine. They hung up.

Recorded message about internet disconnection, I hung up.

Caller: Nicole from NBN supposedly

we have gotten continual calls from this number and have been receiving them for months "Nicole from NBN" with information about service disconnection. Recorded call. Have contacted Telstra to no avail, calls continue at all hours of the day...

Same scam as (03) 5475 1939

Usual call type, number not known to us, hangs up part way through outgoing message which is usual for this sort of caller! so presume a scammer which by previous comments here that I was correct, bloody pests!

Yet again hung up to the answering machine. Unsolicited scam call - call several times every few days and always hang up to answering machine.

Getting annoyed with these calls & that these morons think that we will “poop” ourselves if their requests are not complied with!!!!!!!!

As below!! A really annoying form of annoying calls that are really annoying and annoy me.

As above that, I have had numerous calls, a woman's English professional sounding voice "it is nbn and I will be disconnected, so I have to phone their technician" hung up

keeps ringing but leaves no message ........... we do not answer or call back numbers we do not know wake up idiots

She said it was an NBN message and my phone would be disconnected within 24hrs. At the 3rd call I pressed 1 and was redirected to an Indian call centre. I told her the call was a scam, I had done a reverse phone lookup and she immediately hung up. LOL ... how rude!

Automated message from "Nicole at Australian Broadband Network" telling us that our internet will be disconnected in 24 hours. I have received six calls today to our business number, no prompts for information or anything. Extremely annoying.
