Today I visited your Ringwood store to buy some goods for my first great grandhild, it was a beautiful store and I was in heaven buying up. But then I had to join this long queue and there I remained until when I finally got to the assistant to be told the machines were down and they all had to share the one credit card machine. As if thy wasn,t enough, I was then told that one of my purchases, a white bunny rug was not on sale even though the identical blue one was. I was so frustrated, I just put everything down and walked out. The blue blanket was $19 something but the white one was $ 34 something, this a difference of $15, I ask you.
