They rang a home number and then hung up with out saying anything. I rang back and asked who was calling. Hard to understand person said it was about energy and power and ????

Went to message bank, no talking, could hear noise in background that sounded like a call centre Blocked this number

Caller: Unknown Multiple calls and hang ups. When I returned the call it was a foreign call centre claiming to be "Benefit Deals" (no company is registered with ASIC with this name).
