Caller: Someone pretending to be ANZ Scumbag scammer left voicemails on my business landline number two mornings in a row. Voicemail was about a transfer from some company, the name was too garbled to understand. Sounded really dodgy, so assumed it was a scam. Called the number, just because I wanted to call him out. Number didn't seem to be in service, so I called ANZ, just to be sure nobody was trying to reach me. While on hold, I tried the scam number one more time, and the guy - he calls himself "Doctor" - answered the phone. He asked what company he mentioned in his voicemail, at which point, I started abusing his lying arse and then hung up on him. He called back while I was on the phone with the real ANZ, who said there were no legit calls from them, and they heard it all. Total scam. Don't give this loser any of your details.
