Just had this number ring today and they hung up on me. It is funny I have more numbers in the blocked numbers then in the phone book. lol.

Got a missed call from this number, and I am on the "Do Not Call" register. These people have no respect and when you ask them to remove your details, it never gets done.

This number said they were from "Shell" and were just updating their client details. Checked my address (which they knew) and then wanted to know who would normally deal with the accounts. I said we don't have an account with Shell anymore. They then hung up. We use to have a fuel account so I thought it was genuine for a start.....they are very good at sucking us in.

Got a call from this number at 11pm - wasn't impressed about getting a call at that time of night.

It has got to the stage with these and similar phone numbers that I now only answer numbers I have a reasonable chance of knowing. Makes people stroppy but if they want me they leave a message. Same with blocked numbers.

I phoned back after 5 minutes to see who it was calling me and an American voice said this number is no longer in service!

I received a call from this no. Got no answer. tried to call back, but a message says this no. is not in service.Mst be a scammer!!!

Same as other comments. Caller calls our business number a few times a week and hangs up when we answer. If anyone knows the name of this company please advise as I will proceed with formal complaint/action etc.

I received a call from this number today saying they were form the Government doing a survey on recyling photo copy cartidges. Wanted to know email address, postal address. etc.

Telemarketers, rang my husband first on his mobile wanting to do a quick survey then my mobile rang with the same story, when asked where they got the numbers from as we are on the do not call register she hung up. Rang the number back to hear a message this number is not in service. So sick of these phone calls and Telstra are unable to stop them.

Received a call on my mobile. Said they were from the Australia Centre of Education. She had my correct name and asked if I had children in school adn wanted more info. I thought it very odd they had my mobile number and asked where she got it from - She promptly hung up. Tried to call back - number not in service. SPAM

if the number is disconnected when I ring it back, how come they can ring me?

They call every second day, then hang up when I answer. I call back and it says - This number is disconnected. How can a disconnected number makes calls?

Still getting calls from this number! I have aske them to stop callin me and they still continue! Isnt this some sort of harassment!

How do they get my number? I am so sick of spam phone calls and people who do not leave a message. Any calls now with an 02 or 03 prefix go straight through to the answering message. I will never donate again to a company that uses this sort of marketing!

Thanks for the heads up. I'll answer it and then put them on hold for a while. Shame it will be STD call rates for them.

Have been getting 3-4 phone calls a day for the past week. Half the time they hang up the other half take a a good minute to answer me back.

Had a call - same as M Smith. They said the company name was Aussie Choice. The Do Not Call register allows market research calls, so these parasites are making calls disguised as market research and at the end they try and sell you something. Just hang up straight away.

I got a missed call from this number and rang back afterwards but heard a fax answering ring tone.
