Just missed a call from this number...who is it???

Just missed a call from this number Sept 8th. They left no message.  I do not recognise this number.

Seems to be a cheeky technique Telstra uses to try and sell products by getting you to return a missed call from your mobile. If nothing else, they get you to pay for a 30 second call, even if you call and immediately hang up.
