Here's a tip If youve got a chatter box kid like I do pass them the phone My 10yr old asked if they could get pizza for dinner If they could send some pocket money It's a bonding experience thinking of new lines for their next call

Called my mobile offering "NBN Services" in my area. Amazing seeing as they didn't know my area and we're not on the rollout plan.

Nuisance phone call saying we got a broadband and land line. We do not own any of them. They tried sounding very legitimate and even gave a name and reference.

Was called by "Kevin" from Prism Telecom. Told me he could save me $15 a month on my internet which was through iiNet. Continued yammering on for five minutes despite my saying I wasn't interested and he said "How can you not be logical and take the discount?" And I persisted with saying no and reminding him that it was not good customer service to basically say I was stupid. So pushy and rude. Changed from $15 to then about $10 and when I said I wanted to keep my emails since all my work was provided for he said "Well you can just pay iiNet to keep your e-mail!" and I had to laugh. What's the point in this "discount" then??

Added to my block list. What an a**hole.

I got calls from them earlier this year, and then the next thing 2 months later a broadband modem appears in my mail. They had pirated me from my Provider without confirming I even wanted their services. They are still trying to get either money from me, or the modem back, but its going to the tip soon, Bunch of Indian scammers who probably aren't even in Melbourne as they say they are.
