Caller: Suspect scammers Search shows the first 4 digits associated with many scam calls.
Recorded message telling me I have some sort of purchase request for $299.99, saying it will be debited from my account automatically, then asking if I want to cancel press 1, claim refund press 2, talk to our representative press 9.
Called back, recorded message to stay on line, will be transferred to next available agent.
Hung up in case of another type of call charging scam. Will update if that happens.
Will crosspost this entry.
