Not a Melbourne number, it's a call centre in India.

Malicious Caller ID-spoofing robocall.

AI Voice Generated recording plays upon answering call.

Automated recording: "This is a purchase request from eBay. We have received a..."
I hung up.

Returning the call, it is answered by an Indian female: "Thank you for calling eBay how may I assist you?"

I hung up again.

Complete desperate scam.
