Called today. Said they were from Australian Assessment Office.

It is an Indian Call Centre using VOIP or some other system with numbers that Telstra sells so it looks like a local call. That is why they bypass the Do Not Call register. All those posts in this thread saying what good people they are come from employees of the call centre.

It isn't whether your a non profit organisation or not. It's the fact that you use VOIP or some other system that shows your number as an Australian number when, in fact, your a an overseas call centre probably located on the sub continent rather than the United States.

i got three calls and the last moment. i agreed to talk with them .unfortunately i gave them my details.here is the same scene..but at the end and giving me appointment time they sent their regional manger..and every information was according to federal laws. so its happened to me with the same company but they are working on real stuff.just not on call i would say you to get this assessment because now i have started to make my mind to go for solar through out their payments plans.so after getting all information throughout internet and market i am happy with this company.....so you guys doing a wonderful job
