Scammers, keep calling me,picked up and seemed like they were shocked someone answered, said "hello this is ricky how are you today" had a strong indian accent and I asked to stop calling, they'll probably call again anyway.

To avoid these nuisance calls, I would suggest to register your phone numbers on the Do Not Call Register and if they call again find out the company name they are calling from as opposed to the carrier (Optus, Vodafone etc.) to make a complaint to ACMA. They could be fined hundreds of thousands of dollars which will teach them a lesson not to call and harass people on the DNCR. Hope this helps!

This is legitimately the most f*cking annoying spam I've received.
They keep calling asking for 'Megan', my name is Gabby, which I tell them, but they continue to rant about Megan. Last time they called I said 'Megan is dead' and the guy was like 'oh but would you like to hear the purpose of this call?' And have continued to call back since. Heavy Indian accents. Not even death phases these dudes :')

Rang and told me they had a query about my mobile phone, was this the number(duh). Asked them who were they........, hung up!

missed call from (03) 8592 0066. called back to hear this nbr has been disconnected 12 hrs after they called!! Sounds as if they are up to no good.

Ive had 13 calls from this number in the past week. When I call it back it says the number is disconnected

18th Oct 2016 and have gotten 4 calls just today...... I answered and the phone started ringing like I was calling... Nope. I hung up. Had 3 calls just today.... Scammers.

Had a call from this number today. Man with a strong accent was extremely rude and disgusting. Advised he wanted to kiss my children.

Knew my name and what provider I was with. Originally said she was from Telstra but on further questioning said she was from a company who represented Telstra. I then asked was she employed by Telstra. Now she says she's works for Telstra. By now Ive had enough, told her she already had misrepresented herself and hung up. Strong Indian accent and call took time to actually connect, so can only assume the call is from somewhere overseas.

Idiots phoned my wife in her mobile calling her by her full Christian name which she only used in official paperwork etc. How in the hell did they get her non-abbreviated name as it's not a simple Meg - Megan or Beck - Rebecca etc. Indian accent, dodgy.
