Answered the call but they hung up. Another website, https://www.reverseau.com/85667753.html, said it's a Spoofed Caller ID used by scammers who will manipulate the number so that the call appears to be coming from a local or well-known phone number, making it more likely to be trusted or answered. So I blocked the number.

Didn't answer, no message left. Called number to see who it was, after a very long pause there was a Telstra message saying the "number is switched off or unavailable".
