Same spam call I block one number and they call back from another extension

Scam, I have a new phone with a new phone number, I'd like to know how they got my number in the first place, I haven't given it to anyone yet, but I did change my number on my Google account due to SECURITY issues.

If I answer they just hang up immediately.
