8514 9000 is Capital Transport... not Delta... Delta are actually ok.. its Capital that calls my reception every day...

The company is Transport Administrative Services which houses Civic, First, Freeway, Errand, Delta, Xpress, The Melbourne Courier Company, and Century, the bloke you want to speak to is Brendan Forehan- National Group Operations Manager.

Rude b*tch! if you say your business name when you answer they hang up straight away. So last time they called I played dumb and said hello and found out they were a courier company being rude as sh*t!!!!

Bunch of nut jobs! Both the receptionist and Kelly (shame!) started shouting (and I mean SHOUTING) over the phone for no apparent reason. Never spoken to such rude people in my life!

They called, I missed it and rang back. Girl said it was Civic, so add that to the list of couriers using that number..

Calls for about 5 rings and then hangs up.
You run to the phone for nothing.

Get calls from this person regularly, but they hang up as soon as I answer. FRUSTRATING

I answered a call from this number and the guy on the phone tried to flog transport options. As we do not use couriers very often I told him we were happy with who we used. He refused to accept this and kept going on so I hung up. He called the office back and asked to speak to the office manager so he could make a complaint against me. Go figure.....

Straight away ask what the call is in regards to. Then inform them you dont use couriers. Hang up.

Received a call from a Gentlemen from Delta, looking for our logistics manager.

As a receptionist I have to screen calls all day, and I am SO SICK of getting calls from this number that I never answer the calls anymore. It is always a different courier company trying to sell me their services. Usually King, Errand or Delta. Is there a way to actually block a number from being able to call me? They waste so much of my time every week, it is bordering on harassment!
