Scam. Blockef

They called me by my Facebook name. Which has a nickname in it. Told them no I don’t want whatever they were selling and hung up. Have called me back at least 15 times. Blocked number
My guess is data leak from Facebook

Knew my full name, phoneline had shocking reception so I hung up anyway. Glad I did and checked here for info.

Delayed answer when connected. The man aked if i was xx (my preferred but not legal name). I anwered 'who's calling?' And he hung up.

They were after my Superannuation Details. This is a well known scam in the UK. Reported to governments scam-watch.

Caller: Scam phonecall about superannuation

A scam caller phoned to speak to me (had my social media name, not my actual legal name) there was a huge delay on the line and it sounded like a call centre in the Phillipines. Said they wanted to talk to me about my super, I asked them to repeat the company name and what it was in regards to and they hung up. If you try to return the call the number is disconnected.

Caller: SMS Application

Caller started by saying they were from SMS Application in Melbourne, then launched into a superannuation sales pitch. As soon as I said no thank you they hung up immediately. Phillipines accent.

Something to do with super told them I don't have super as o dont work they hung up on me

It’s kind of superannuation compare scam. He called me by my Facebook name. It’s my nick. I asked him how he got my phone number. He said “from marketing company”. I said to him it’s my Facebook name not my real name. He just hang up.

It was a spam superannuation. The weird thing was they said my nickname as my first name and I have never told any business my Nickname

(03) 8457 2061 called my mobile, no message was left so I called the number back. Rang and rang and rang then disconnected!

Asked to talk to Mae is my Dogs name interesting they hung up when i asked why they wonted.to talk to my fog .

Missed the call and called back 2 minutes after. Got a message saying the number is disconnected and came from Eltham, Victoria.

Just got a call from this number - on a hunch I let it go. And here it is. So I'm happy I ignored it.

I believe they are using Facebook data to get people's phone numbers as they rang and asked for an alias name I use on Facebook

Received call from this number today saying something about super. Addressed me in my name, I said to him I am happy with my current super, he said you don’t need to change your super, I just have a few questions. Went ahead asking me my age bracket. Gave him an honest answer, then went ahead and asked if I have a boyfriend???? WTF, I said that’s personal and I need to go. Continued asking me my Facebook, I hung up. Seriously can you at least be professional in scamming

I have been called numerous times but never reply as there is no identification, other than Eltham, Victoria. The caller never leaves a message and if it was important they would have. I finally blocked the number.
