Caller: I think its an organisation that has brought old debts

They have been harassing me from different phone numbers for 10 years now. I once questioned why, to be told Annette owes them money & this is her contact number (meaning mine) I am not Annette nor do I know any Annettes, this has been my number for well over 20 years.
I am harassed at least twice a month.

Person said he was from Local Council (Didn't mention which one) and asked if he could ask me 4 quick questions. I said I didn't have time and he just hung up.

The moment l answered the caller hung up.

Caller: They said council

They said they where from the council and doing a survey,
When I said I was over the Age she Hung up

Purported to be "From your local city council", conducting a census survey. I think not.

Didn't leave a message

Caller: Claimed to be Australian Bureau of Statistics

Woman called had my surname and claimed to be ABS - sounded like an indian call centre (typical background noise) so told the caller no thankyou and hung up
