Caller: Peter (03) 8372 3286 phoned me while at work at local health service on the service's phone number Peter was quite insistent that he wanted to talk to me about my electricity use here and didn't seem to understand that it wasn't worth his time speaking to me - when he did understand he wanted to be put through to 'the person in charge of the electricity account' !!!
