I got this call this morning, but when I answered there was no response from the other end, DOH!!!!!!!!!! I do have Foxtel appointments coming, but, with not even a courtesy of who called, I am not going to lose sleep on over Foxtel anymore.

Yes, F***Tel who left a harrassing message regarding the return of their box after I cancelled their service.
It's been NO LOSS cancelling their service; I paid out over $10k over 10 years - and they treated me like a wart on the behind of a pig.
I suggest all F***Tel subscribers check out the great content they can get FREE online, or through inexpensive and great services like STAN, NETFLIX and so on.
Their services will be made redundant soon by the unstoppable march of web-based content delivery, much of it free or at a fraction of the cost of F***Tel.

I answered the call and then without warning the call was terminated twice before I saw the risk warning

I am just a tourist from Asia and have nothing to do with Foxtel. yet they keeps calling me even after I told them once about my situation

Foxtel Credit. They call when your account is overdue. They are pretty much dynamite if you are a day overdue.
I normally pay early but due to an unforeseen circumstance I was one day late and they called. The lady was very nice though. Probably because I paid my account then and there. I don't think they would be as nice if you don't pay on time though.

Just foxtel. Don't call them back you will probably get an answering machine.

Receiving up to 10 calls per day from this no which is foxtel seeking me to sign up after cancellation. Actually rang my wife to check if I had discussed re-signing. This is terrible!

Foxtel Calling to discuss debiting my bank account twice. Took more then $400 from my account. Have called me for four weeks saying I will have the money refunded in three days. Still nothing after four weeks. Worst company. I'm leaving them!

Foxtel calling me re an appointment - but I don't have Foxtel and I never asked for an appointment. And they keep sending me spam SMS too ...

I kept getting calls from Foxtel. They leave a message saying "hi Adam, it's nancy from Foxtel just returning your call"! I do not and have never had Foxtel. I rang them back and got an answering service. Annoying!

They leave you guessing who it is. I had no idea and I will not answer calls unless they are in my contacts list. I have 800+ - that's plenty. From the comments on this site, it is Foxtel. Typical Australian service - overcommit and under deliver. You have to give them your phone number, dob, street address and they are so badly organised that they cannot even leave a message. And you speak to a machine!!!! Well in to the 21st century, this is pathetic. Pity there is effectively no competition.
